Members of the ByeByePlasticStraws team together with other youth climate activists from around the island gathered in Colombo to discuss ways to collaborate in their efforts to raise awareness among the public about the effects of the climate crisis in Sri Lanka. The event was organised by Save The Children Sri Lanka and our ByeByePlasticStraw members in their presentation advocated for the ban of plastic (straws) use in the country.
